refactor: Rename pollOffers to poll and remove getAnsweredOffers

BREAKING CHANGES:
- Renamed pollOffers() to poll() (matches new /poll endpoint)
- Removed getAnsweredOffers() method (use poll() instead)
- Updated endpoint path from /offers/poll to /poll
- Updated auth message format from 'pollOffers' to 'poll'
