Add RTCConfiguration support to ServiceHost and ServiceClient

- WebRTCContext now accepts optional RTCConfiguration
- ServiceHost and ServiceClient accept optional rtcConfiguration option
- Allows custom STUN/TURN server configuration
- Version bump to 0.10.1
