Bas van den Aakster b4be5e9060 Add role and peerId to pollOffers ICE candidate response types
- ICE candidates now include role ('offerer' | 'answerer')
- ICE candidates now include peerId for matching
- Enables clients to filter candidates by role
- Supports bidirectional ICE exchange
